What happened
Gemini has updated its user agreement, effective February 19, 2026, which now differentiates terms based on the user's state of residence. Users in specific states, including ID, LA, NY, OH, and TX, will be governed by the Gemini Trust Company, LLC User Agreement. Residents of all other listed US states will be subject to the Gemini Moonbase, LLC User Agreement.
