What does ChainSentrix actually do?›
We monitor public policy pages (terms, privacy, fee schedules, withdrawal rules) on exchanges, wallets, bridges, and DeFi protocols, and alert you when a policy change affects your funds or rights. We do not trade, custody, or touch your assets.
Do you ever need my seed phrase or wallet password?›
No. We never ask for seeds, private keys, passwords, or recovery phrases. If anyone pretending to be ChainSentrix asks, treat it as phishing and report it to chainsentrix@yahtai.com.
Do you integrate with my exchange via API keys?›
No. We do not use exchange trading or withdrawal APIs. The only inputs we use are public pages anyone can read. This is intentional so a breach on our side cannot move your funds.
How do I verify that alerts match what actually changed?›
Every alert links back to the public page it came from, shows the diff, and for users who care there is an optional technical receipt containing content hashes and a signature. You can paste the quoted change into the source page to confirm it.
Can AI hallucinate the change?›
We run a citation verifier that checks quoted changes are literal substrings of the diff. If the verifier fails, we downgrade the alert confidence automatically and retry with a stricter prompt. You see the confidence on the alert.
What data do you store about me?›
Your email, the list of pages you chose to watch, delivery preferences, and alert history. We do not collect wallet balances, positions, or transaction data. Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
What happens if you get acquired or shut down?›
Policy pages you watch remain publicly readable on the providers. You can export your watchlist from Settings at any time. There is no lock-in because we do not custody anything proprietary.
Why should I pay for Pro instead of just checking pages myself?›
Pro gives you daily checks, Telegram + push delivery, and actionable next steps. The tradeoff we make clear: if you already check pages daily across every exchange you use, you probably do not need us. If you do not, Pro is cheaper than one surprise fee change.
Can I self-host or run this privately?›
Not today. Our public roadmap covers upcoming options for exports and webhooks so you can integrate into your own stack. Raise a request at chainsentrix@yahtai.com.
What we never do
Explicit commitments that scope what ChainSentrix can and cannot ask of you.
We will never request wallet seeds, private keys, or recovery phrases. No legitimate support flow needs them.
We do not integrate via exchange trading APIs. Read-only public policy pages are the only thing we watch.
No deposits, no withdrawals, no wallet connects. Your assets stay on the exchanges and wallets you already use.
Your watchlist, alerts, and email are not sold or rented. They are only used to deliver the service you paid for.
We surface policy changes and flag risk; the decision to move funds, KYC, or exit is always yours.
