1. About ChainSentrix

ChainSentrix ("we," "us," "our") provides a policy monitoring service for cryptocurrency platforms. We monitor publicly available Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and other policy documents, and alert users when these documents change.

Important: We are an information service only. We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations. Our alerts are informational and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.

2. What We Don't Do

To be absolutely clear, ChainSentrix:

• Never connects to or accesses your cryptocurrency wallets
• Never requests private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases
• Never requests API keys from exchanges or other platforms
• Never has access to your funds or the ability to move your assets
• Never requires you to sign any blockchain transactions

If anyone claiming to be from ChainSentrix asks for any of the above, it is a scam. Please report it immediately.

3. Account Registration

To use ChainSentrix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide a valid email address
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

4. Service Description

ChainSentrix provides:

• Automated monitoring of crypto platform policy pages
• AI-powered analysis and summarization of policy changes
• Risk classification of detected changes
• Notifications via email, Telegram, and push notifications
• Historical records of policy changes

We monitor publicly available web pages only. We do not access any private, authenticated, or restricted content.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer the following plans:

• Free: 2 platforms, weekly checks, email alerts for critical changes
• Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited platforms, daily checks, all notification channels
• Power ($29/month): Everything in Pro, plus team features and API access

Prices are in USD. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Billing and Cancellation

For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscription
• No refunds for partial months after the first 14 days

We do not offer refunds for the free tier as there is no payment involved.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ChainSentrix for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
• Use automated tools to access our service beyond normal API usage
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

ChainSentrix owns all rights to our service, including our software, brand, and content. You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as custom URLs to monitor).

The policy content we monitor belongs to the respective platforms. We display summaries and excerpts under fair use for informational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that all changes will be detected
• We are not responsible for actions taken by the platforms we monitor

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless ChainSentrix from any claims arising from your use of our service, violation of these terms, or violation of any law.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Suspend accounts that violate our terms

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us:

• First, contact us at chainsentrix@yahtai.com
• We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration
• Small claims court is available as an alternative
• Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Remain inactive for extended periods (with notice)

Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
